*£2.95 STANDARD Delivery - 3 - 5 working days by Royal Mail/Courier

*£6.50 NEXT DAY Delivery - by courier - orders must be placed by 1pm to guarantee delivery the following working day. Please note that orders processed on a Friday that have been upgraded to next day delivery will be delivered on the next working day which is Monday. Saturday delivery is only available on certain products for a surcharge.

The above prices include any number of items purchased and apply to U.K Mainland deliveries.

PO Box numbers

BFPO addresses and the following UK postcodes can only select STANDARD Delivery as courier options are only available upon request. BT, IM, GY, HS, JE, KW, PA, PH, ZE.

Saturday delivery only availabe on selected products and where a surcharge will be applicable.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES

Where STANDARD delivery has been selected, and Royal Mail have been unable to deliver, contact must be made by the customer with the post office to re-arrange delivery or collection of the item ordered within 7 days or the Royal Mail will return the items to us. If we receive unclaimed items from the Royal Mail this will incur a delivery surcharge to be re-dispatched out to you.

We always notify customers via email when orders have been dispatched so you know your order is on its way.

NEXT DAY COURIER DELIVERIES

Our couriers require a signature upon delivery. If no one is in when they call they will leave a card asking you to contact them to re-arrange delivery. If this is not done within 4 working days then the parcel will automatically be returned to us which will incur a delivery surcharge to be re-dispatched.

We are happy to deliver to an alternative address such as a works address where a signature can be obtained.

Once an item has been dispatched, we cannot alter a delivery address unless a surcharge is paid.

Overseas Deliveries

We are happy to dispatch most of our lighter items worldwide. If you would like a price for shipping to anywhere in the world and it is not currently stated, then please contact us for a price at: enquiries@householdinnovations.co.uk .

Smaller overseas deliveries are sent using Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For delivery service. This service usually takes between 3 - 7 working days for Europe and 5 - 15 Working days rest of world. These are estimates only, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Larger items can be sent via courier, delivery times vary depending on country

RETURNS

We know how difficult it is sometimes making a purchasing decision without actually touching and seeing the product in the flesh and how frustrating it is to receive items that are not suitable for the intended purpose, therefore for this reason, we’ve come up with our hassle free returns policy.

Our hassle free returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, complete with all packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please note, that we will not cover the cost of posting items back to us, unless we have agreed to do so in advance. For all returns, we strongly recommend using royal mail recorded delivery, as we cannot be responsible for items you return to us, that do not arrive.

Cancellation - An order can be cancelled at anytime prior to dispatch. If you wish to cancel the order order after the goods have been dispatched then our returns policy above will apply.

Exchanging Items

If you want to exchange an item, for example for a different size, you will need to follow our returns procedure, sending the incorrect item back to us. When we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the new item to you. Please remember that we are only able to exchange items within 14 days of the date you received them. Items you return to us for exchange must be in their original condition.

What do we mean by Original Condition?

To return an item or items to us, under our hassle free returns policy, the items must be as new, in the condition they were sent to you in. Items must have:

Their original labels and tags Boxes and packaging as supplied by the manufacturer.

The plastic bag they arrived in, complete with the stock label.

All parts, instruction leaflets, spares and components.

Items must not:

Have been used.

Be dirty, soiled or wet

Be marked, damaged or scratched.

Returning damaged, defective or incorrect items:

We strive to offer the best service anywhere. But, very occasionally, things will go wrong. If you receive an item that’s damaged, or defective, you can return it to us, free of charge, for a replacement or full refund. If you elect to receive a replacement item, we will pay the delivery costs you incur returning the defective item and dispatch the replacement free of any delivery charge.

In the event of Household Innovations sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to Household Innovations within 14 days. Household Innovations reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 14 days of the date on which Household Innovations confirms we will issue a replacement.

PERSONALISED GOODS

Please note that we are unable to offer a returns or exchange service on any personalised, made to order goods. We can only accept returns if the items are faulty where a full refund or replacement will be given. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
